Leased Property Leases definition

Leased Property Leases means the leases and related agreements and instruments listed on Schedule 2.20(f)(ii) of the Company Disclosure Schedule pursuant to which the Company or a Company Subsidiary, as applicable, holds a leasehold estate in the applicable Leased Property identified on such Schedule. The Company hereby represents and warrants that such Schedule is a true, accurate and complete list of all of the leases and related agreements and instruments pursuant to which the Company or a Company Subsidiary, as applicable, holds a leasehold estate in the Leased Properties and that there exist no such leases, related agreements or instruments relating to any Leased Property which are not listed on such Schedule.
Leased Property Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(a).
Leased Property Leases means leases and subleases of Leased Property and all amendments thereto.

  • The Borrower Leased Property Leases and the Borrower Leased Property Subleases are in full force and effect and Borrower has delivered to Lender true, complete and correct copies of all documents set forth on Schedules XII and XIII, which such Schedules sets forth a true, complete and correct list of all agreements pursuant to which (x) any Individual Borrower leases, as tenant or lessor, any real property and (y) Borrower subleases, as landlord or lessor, its interest in any Borrower Leased Property.

  • Real Property Leases means all leases, sub-leases, licenses or other agreements, in each case, pursuant to which any Group Company leases or sub-leases any real property.
