Laws of China definition

Laws of China shall include any law, regulation, rule, notice, interpretation or other binding documents issued by the central or local legislative, administrative or judicial branch before or after the execution of this Agreement.
Laws of China means the then valid laws, administrative regulations, administrative rules, local regulations, judicial interpretations and other binding regulatory documents of China.
Laws of China means the legal and effective laws, regulations and administrative rules officially promulgated by the government of the PRC.
