Binding Documents. The Contract Documents form the entire agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, and by incorporation herein are as fully binding on the parties as if repeated herein. No oral representations or other agreements have been made by the parties, except as specifically stated in the Contract Documents.
Binding Documents. The opinion expressed under (c)(iv)(C) is solely based upon a review of documents which have been filed by the Company with the Luxembourg Company Register and the certificate of the Managing Directors of the Company attached to this opinion as Appendix A.

Binding Documents. 20.1 If this Agreement is executed in multiple counterparts, the Parties agree that any of such executed counterparts constitutes a valid and binding contract and that, collectively, such counterparts constitute one and the same contract.
20.2 Any signed copy of this Agreement via facsimile or other process that accurately transmits the original document shall be considered an original document.
