Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Commonwealth entity specified in the Agreement and includes, where relevant, its officers, employees, contractors and agents. Commonwealth General Grant Conditions means this document. Commonwealth Purposes does not include commercialisation or the provision of the Material to a third party for its commercial use.
