Landlord’s Access Control Systems definition

Landlord’s Access Control Systems means and refer to: (i) a check-in desk at the Building’s main entrance operated by Landlord twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, fifty-two (52) weeks per year, (ii) an electronic “key card” system or biometric reader to control access to each Suite or the larger suite in which a Suite is located, including, upon installation, the Suite 1.14.A Cage Card Reader, and (iii) closed-circuit television cameras in critical common areas in the Building.
Landlord’s Access Control Systems means and refer to: (i) a check-in desk at the Building’s main entrance operated by Landlord twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, fifty-two (52) weeks per year, (ii) an electronic “key card” system to control access to the Datacenter, (iii) a video surveillance system in the Datacenter and certain Common Areas; (iv) Building main entry doors have “key card” access control with emergency egress, as required by code, to allow for override of the key card system in the event of emergency; (v) all doors in the Building with access control are monitored; (vi) key lock to control access to the Premises.
Landlord’s Access Control Systems means five (5) layers of security built into the Campus which include (a) perimeter fencing and gates; (b) CCTV (PTZ or fixed); (c) on site Security Operations Center with operation of a check-in desk at the Campus’ main entrance by security officers twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week; (d) visitor management system; (e) installation of an electronic “key card” system to control access to the Datacenter Space, including bioscript access (card/biometric) readers; and (f) installation of a video surveillance system in the Datacenter with a 90 day archiving standard across 90+ cameras for the Campus.

Examples of Landlord’s Access Control Systems in a sentence

  • Landlord will provide Landlord’s Access Control Systems during the Term of this Lease.

  • Landlord shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for providing or supplying security services to the Tenant Space or any part of the Building in excess of the Landlord’s Access Control Systems (and, unless expressly agreed in writing by Landlord, Landlord shall not under any circumstances be deemed to have agreed to provide any access control services in excess of the above specified Landlord’s Access Control Systems).

  • Once an initial bargaining unit has been established, PERB conducts a representation election in cases in which the employer has not granted voluntary recognition to an employee organization.

More Definitions of Landlord’s Access Control Systems

Landlord’s Access Control Systems means and refer to: [*****], in each case, such items shall be substantially similar in functionality to the same items of “Landlord's Access Control Systems” that, as of the Effective Date of this Lease, have been installed by the 1232 Landlord at the 1232 Building (as defined in Exhibit “C”), under and pursuant to the 1232 Xxxx Lease.

Related to Landlord’s Access Control Systems

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Control system means the combination of capture and control devices used to reduce emissions to the atmosphere.

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof, all performed by or for Provider at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);
