Kyowa Kirin may thereafter periodically submit updates or modified versions of the Development Plan to the JSC for its review and approval.
Notwithstanding any of the provision of this Agreement, if Kyowa Kirin is prevented from paying any payments by virtue of the statutes, laws, codes or governmental regulations of the country from which the payment is to be made, then such payment may be paid by depositing funds in the currency in which it accrued to Reata’s account in a bank reasonably acceptable to Reata in the country whose currency is involved.
