Job Order Price definition

Job Order Price means the sum of the maximum cost of the Work that can be ordered during the initial term of the Contract, including but not limited to, the construction price of JOC(s); the construction price of Subcontractor(s), the price of Subconsultant(s), labor, overhead and profit, general conditions fee, taxes, bonds, insurances costs, and City’s Allowance, if any, pursuant to this Contract.
Job Order Price means the amount calculated on the Unit Prices, Cost-coefficient and Special Items as prescribed in Division 5.2.
Job Order Price means the sum of the maximum cost of the Work for a Job Order, the JOC Contractor’s construction fee, general conditions fee, taxes, bonds, insurance costs,. The approved Job Order Price will be made part of this JOC by executing a Job Order.

  • The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time.

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:
