Job Order Completion Time definition

Job Order Completion Time means the time within which the Contractor must complete the Detailed Scope of Work.
Job Order Completion Time means the time frame specified in the Job Order by which the Contractor shall have started and completed the Detailed Scope of Work, including, without limitation, all deficiency, correction and incomplete items (Punch List).
Job Order Completion Time means the period of time allotted for the Contractor to complete the Detailed Scope of Work.

Examples of Job Order Completion Time in a sentence

  • A secondary Job Order developed after the initial Job Order has been issued for the purpose of changing, deleting, or adding work to the initial Detailed Scope of Work, or changing the Job Order Completion Time.

  • A written order issued by the County, such as a Purchase Order, requiring the Contractor to complete the Detailed Scope of Work within the Job Order Completion Time for the Job Order Price.

  • If the Contractor fails to complete the Detailed Scope of Work within the Job Order Completion Time specified in the Job Order and such failure is due to reasons which were not beyond the reasonable control of the Contractor or if the Contractor fails to complete the Detailed Scope of Work within the Job Order Completion Time specified in the Job Order and fails to make a written request for extension, then in any such event the Contractor shall pay to the School District actual damages.

  • The Contractor will be paid the Job Order Price for completing the Detailed Scope of Work within the Job Order Completion Time.
