JB Facility definition

JB Facility means the credit facility established on January 20, 2012 between, among others, Ares Capital JB and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation pursuant to the JB Facility Documents.

  • Term A Facility means, at any time, (a) on or prior to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of the Term A Commitments at such time and (b) thereafter, the aggregate principal amount of the Term A Loans of all Term A Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Term Loan Facilities means the Term Loan A Facility and the Term Loan B Facility.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Term Facilities means the Term A Facility and the Term B Facility.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
