Definition of Term A Facility


Term A Facility means, at any time, (a) on or prior to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of the Term A Commitments at such time and (b) thereafter, the aggregate principal amount of the Term A Loans of all Term A Lenders outstanding at such time.

Examples of Term A Facility in a sentence

The Term A Borrowing shall consist of Term A Loans made simultaneously by the Term A Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentage of the Term A Facility.
Term A Facility Loans that are repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.
Each reduction of the unused portion of the Term Commitments pursuant to Section 2.06(a) shall be applied ratably to the Term A Facility and, if applicable, the Incremental Term Facilities and to the principal repayment installments thereof on a pro rata basis.
