Tranche A Facility definition
Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.
Tranche A Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Tranche A Lenders’ Tranche A Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
Tranche A Facility means the Tranche A Revolver Commitments of the Tranche A Revolving Lenders and the Loans and Letter of Credit Disbursements pursuant to those Commitments in accordance with the terms hereof.

Tranche A Facility means the US dollar revolving credit facility granted to the Company under Clause 3.1.1 (Tranche A Facility).
