More Definitions of IURC

IURC means the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission or any successor agency. "IURC Order" means an order issued by the IURC approving this Agreement for purposes of the Statute, and in respect of which all relevant periods for appeal have ended and such order is final, binding and non-appealable.
