IURC Order definition

IURC Order means the Order issued by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on February 12, 2003 in connection with Cause No. 42292, as such Order was amended April 16, 2003 and may be amended in the future.
IURC Order means the order issued by the IURC to Borrower dated July 15, 1999, Cause No.41439, or an extension, renewal or replacement of such order in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks.
IURC Order means an order issued by the IURC approving this Agreement for purposes of the Statute, and in respect of which all relevant periods for appeal have ended and such order is final, binding and non-appealable.

Maturity Date. The definition of "Maturity Date" is amended by replacing the reference to "May 19, 2005" with "May 18, 2006." Permitted Short-Term Indebtedness. A new definition of "Permitted Short-Term Indebtedness" is hereby added as follows:
IURC Order means the order issued by the IURC to the Borrower dated November 17, 2021, Cause No. 45575, or an extension, renewal or replacement of such order.
