In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the rules and regulations of such Commission and the Utility's Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Service, the rules and regulations of such Commission and the Utility's Rules, Regulations and Conditions of Service shall control and shall supersede any inconsistent terms herein.
