Investment Advisory Contracts definition

Investment Advisory Contracts means any contracts pursuant to which the Adviser provides investment advisory services as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act.

More Definitions of Investment Advisory Contracts

Investment Advisory Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14.
Investment Advisory Contracts means all of the investment advisory agreements to which CCA or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time are party and any other arrangements or understandings relating to CCA’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ rendering of investment advisory services or advice to any Person, including without limitation, limited liability company operating agreements, limited partnership agreements and agreements relating to commingled funds or separate accounts held for clients.
Investment Advisory Contracts means individually or collectively those fee generating agreements entered into between Purchaser and each Target Fund in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit M, with such economic terms as set forth in Schedule 9.17 hereto.
Investment Advisory Contracts means binding written contractual agreements under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provides investment advisory services to a Fund or Trust under the Investment Company Act or the Investment Advisers Act.

Related to Investment Advisory Contracts

  • Investment Advisory Agreement means the investment advisory agreement entered into between the Adviser and the Fund, as from time to time in effect.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Investment Advisers Act means the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Investment Canada Act means the Investment Canada Act (Canada).

  • Management Advances means loans or advances made to, or Guarantees with respect to loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary:

  • Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means the portfolio management services rendered to the Client by the Portfolio Manager on the terms and conditions contained in the agreement, where under the Portfolio Manager exercises any degree of discretion in the investments or management of assets of the Client.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.
