Interim Supply Period definition

Interim Supply Period means, for a Supply Point, the period (if any) from the Actual Supply Start Date until: (subject to sub-paragraph (ii) below) the Supply Start Date for the First Procurement Round; or (ii) in the case of a Customer adding an additional Supply Point, the Supply Start Date for the Procurement Year relating to the first Procurement Round following the date on which that Supply Point is added to this Agreement.
Interim Supply Period has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement. Interruption the interruption of the offtake of natural gas from Metering Point(s) in accordance with Clause 39 and “Interrupt” shall be construed accordingly.
Interim Supply Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8(c)(1) of this Agreement.

Examples of Interim Supply Period in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that for the Interim Supply Period, the Supplier may: supply to a New Customer (and such New Customer may receive); or supply to an Existing Customer or a New Customer at a new Supply Point at an existing Site or a new Site (and such Customer may receive at such Supply Points), natural gas on an interim basis (“Interim Supply”) pursuant to the Customer Contract.

  • If the Customer adds a Supply Point the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Interim Price in respect of Interim Supply to the Supply Points during the Interim Supply Period.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
