Interim Servicing Period. The period from the Closing Date to the related Servicing Transfer Date.
Interim Servicing Period. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the period during which the Company shall service the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, commencing on the related Closing Date and ending on the related Servicing Transfer Date.

Interim Servicing Period. As to each Mortgage Loan Package, the period of time from and including the Closing Date to the Servicing Transfer Date.
