INSTINET GROUP definition

INSTINET GROUP means the affiliated group of corporations as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code, or similar group of entities as defined under corresponding provisions of the laws of other jurisdictions following the completion of the Restructuring, of which Instinet Global Holdings, Inc. or Instinet Group Incorporated is or was the common parent. Instinet Fixed Income, Inc. shall be treated as if it were a member of the Instinet Group at all times prior to the date of this agreement. Similarly, Reuters C Corp will be treated as if it were a member of the Instinet Group for all periods ending on or prior to July 31, 2001.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).
