Inlet Station definition

Inlet Station means the Metering Equipment site Associated with an Inlet Point, and includes:
Inlet Station means the Metering Equipment site Associated with an Inlet Point and includes any facilities installed at the site to perform overpressure protection, reverse flow protection, excessive flow protection, Gas quality monitoring, Gas metering and measurement, any telemetry, and all standby, emergency and safety facilities, and all ancillary equipment and services.

  • Inlet Station means the Metering Equipment site Associated with an Inlet Point, and includes: (a) any facilities installed at the site to perform overpressure protection, reverse flow protection, excessive flow protection, Gas quality monitoring, Gas metering and measurement and telemetry; (b) all standby, emergency and safety facilities; and (c) all ancillary equipment and services.

  • The Shipper must, at its own expense, design and install or procure the design and installation of all those parts of any required Inlet Station that are upstream of the Inlet Point.

  • If and whenever the Shipper and other shippers Deliver Gas to the Operator at an Inlet Point on the DBNGP, the Shipper and those other shippers must, at their joint expense allocated on such basis as they may agree, collectively design and install or procure the design and installation of all those parts of the Associated Inlet Station that are upstream of the Inlet Point.

  • The Shipper or, where applicable, the Shipper and other shippers must ensure that all those parts of any required Inlet Station that are upstream of the Inlet Point meet the requirements set out in clauses6.9(a) to 6.9(f).

  • Any new equipment installed at an Inlet Station or Outlet Station must be compatible with existing equipment and systems.

  • The Shipper may at its own expense at an Outlet Station, and the Operator may at its own expense at an Inlet Station, supply, install, Maintain and Operate Check Metering Equipment for the purpose of monitoring the accuracy of the Primary Metering Equipment.

  • If at any time Primary Metering Equipment with a design maximum flow rate of less than 5 TJ/d is found to be operating outside the Prescribed Limits of Uncertainty for any reason, the Operator must (if the Primary Metering Equipment is at an Outlet Station) and the Shipper must (if the Primary Metering Equipment is at an Inlet Station), in either case at the Shipper's expense, cause the Primary Metering Equipment to Operate within the Prescribed Limits of Uncertainty within 48 hours.

  • January 1995; or(b) an Inlet Station Associated with an Inlet Point or an Outlet Station Associated with an Outlet Point that is the subject of a Facility Agreement (which has the meaning given in clause 6.14) or similar agreement, as at the Capacity Start Date,all of which are listed in Schedule 5.

  • fire station means a building that houses a fire brigade;

  • polling station means a polling station referred to in subsection (1) of section fifty-one;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • generating station or “station” means any station for generating electricity, including any building and plant with step-up transformer, switch yard, switch-gear, cables or other appurtenant equipment, if any used for that purpose and the site thereof, a site intended to be used for a generating station, and any building used for housing the operating staff of a generating station, and where electricity is generated by water-power, includes penstocks, head and tail works, main and regulating reservoirs, dams and other hydraulic works, but does not in any case include any sub-station;

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Compact state means a state, U.S. commonwealth, possession or trust territory which is a signatory to the interstate compact on the placement of children.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • police station means a building that houses the police force;

  • service station means a building used for the sale of fuel for vehicles;

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Field station means a facility where radioactive sources may be stored or used and from which equipment is dispatched to temporary jobsites.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Receiving station means a place, premises, or establishment where raw milk is received, collected, handled, stored, or cooled and is prepared for further transporting.

  • Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.
