Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.
Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.
Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:
Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:
Waiver Period ’ means, for each applicable fee, the period of time from the initial effective date of the MIAX Emerald Fee Schedule until such time that the Exchange has an effective fee filing establishing the applicable fee. The Exchange will issue a Regulatory Circular announcing the establishment of an applicable fee that was subject to a Waiver Period at least fifteen (15) days prior
Medical condition means either of the following:
Serious Medical Condition means all of the following medical conditions:
Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.
Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(b).
Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigated UCAP” shall mean one or more megawatts of Unforced Capacity that are subject to Control by a Market Party that has been identified by the ISO as a Pivotal Supplier. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigation Net CONE” shall mean the capacity price on the currently effective ICAP Demand Curve for the Mitigated Capacity Zone corresponding to the average amount of excess capacity above the Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity requirement, expressed as a percentage of that requirement, that formed the basis for the ICAP Demand Curve approved by the Commission.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:
Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;
Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.
Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
Emergency medical condition means a medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of recent onset and sufficient severity (including severe pain), such that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical care could result in:
Second Extension Period means the period commencing on the day following the First Extended Scheduled Maturity Date and ending on the Second Extended Scheduled Maturity Date.
Initial Cure Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
