Initial Option Price definition

Initial Option Price means $13.80, being the closing price of a share of the Stock on the Initial Grant Date, subject to the same adjustment(s) as provided generally under Section 11.2 of the Plan with respect to the exercise price of outstanding Options for any stock split, reverse stock split, combination of shares, stock dividend or similar transaction occurring after the Initial Grant Date.
Initial Option Price means the option price of $1.04 per share of Common Stock. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the option price per share of common stock shall never be less than the Fair Market Value on the date of the Option Grant.
Initial Option Price means the option price per share of Common Stock to be determined by the Board or the Committee at the time when the Options are first granted under the Plan, which shall be the "Warrant Exercise Price," as that term is defined in the Share Exchange and Additional Note Purchase Agreement dated as of August 3, 2007 between the Company and The Longview Fund, L.P., a California limited partnership.

Examples of Initial Option Price in a sentence

  • The Initial Option Price, the Extension Option Price if any, and Paid Consulting Fees (as defined in Section 4.3) if any, shall be applied toward and serve as credits against the Purchase Price as provided in Section 3.4.

  • In such case, Owner and or Title Company, as the case may be, will refund to Client the Initial Option Price and Extension Option Price if any, prorated on the basis of the number of days before termination compared with the number of days after termination to the end of the option period.

Related to Initial Option Price

  • Purchase Option Price means the amount payable by a Lessee upon the exercise of its option to purchase a related 2024-1 Vehicle which amount equals (a) with respect to a Matured Vehicle, the Contract Residual Value plus any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with such purchase and (b) with respect to a related 2024-1 Vehicle for which the related 2024-1 Lease has been terminated early by the Lessee, the sum of (i) any unpaid Monthly Payments due, (ii) any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with the related 2024-1 Lease, (iii) an early termination fee and (iv) the Actuarial Payoff.

  • Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.

  • Option Share has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
