Call Option Date definition

Call Option Date. As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.
Call Option Date. The Distribution Date on which, after taking into account distributions of principal to be made on such Distribution Date, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates is less than 10% of the sum of the original Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates.
Call Option Date means the date specified as such in the applicable Call Notice, which may be any Business Day falling prior to the Expiration Date.
