The "Initial Grant Date" shall be the date that an Eligible Director is first appointed or elected to the Board.
The Initial Options shall vest over 3 years, one third will vest on the 12 month anniversary of the Initial Grant Date, and thereafter, the remaining two thirds will vest on a monthly basis until fully vested.
