Infringing Material has the meaning given in Section 46.1(g) of the Project Agreement.

More Definitions of Infringing Material

Infringing Material means any material which infringes copyright within the meaning of the Act and which has been reproduced or communicated by an Authorised User, using University Systems. Where that material is part of a larger work or compilation or other subject matter then only that part which infringes copyright is "Infringing Material" for the purpose of this Paper.
Infringing Material. Any content to which you do not own the copyright or otherwise control the right to distribute. Additionally, content that may violate any other intellectual property rights, such as trademark and/or content that may infringe upon a party's proprietary ri ghts, such as the right of privacy or the right of publicity.

Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Pyrophoric material means any liquid that ignites spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130° F (54.4° C) or solid, other than one classed as an explosive, which under normal conditions is liable to cause fires through friction, retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be ignited readily and, when ignited, burns so vigorously and persistently as to create a serious transportation, handling, or disposal hazard. Included are spontaneously combustible and water-reactive materials.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).
