University Systems definition

University Systems means the information technology infrastructure, including the computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, of the University or any of its designees.
University Systems means the plant, equipment, software, computers and other devices owned, supplied, operated or developed by or for the University or any Affiliate of the University and/or any of its sub-contractors including all networks, servers, hosted applications and data centres and any equipment contained therein; and
University Systems means the IT systems, equipment, software, file distribution programs or services, and other IT services (including internet access services) or infrastructure made available by a University.
