InfoSpace Web Sites definition

InfoSpace Web Sites means, collectively: (a) the Web Site the primary home page of which is located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx; and (b) other Web Sites maintained by InfoSpace and its affiliates.
InfoSpace Web Sites means, collective: (a) the Web Sites, the primary home page of which is located at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx; and (b) other Web Sites maintained by InfoSpace and its affiliates.
InfoSpace Web Sites means, collectively, all Web Sites maintained by InfoSpace or its affiliates or any InfoSpace Partners.

Examples of InfoSpace Web Sites in a sentence

  • Company shall integrate links to pages of the InfoSpace Web Sites determined by InfoSpace (and subject to change by InfoSpace from time to time) on the primary home page for each of the Company Web Sites.

  • As between the parties, InfoSpace retains all right, title and interest in and to the InfoSpace Sourced Content and the InfoSpace Web Sites (including, without limitation, any and all of the content, data, URLs, technology, software, code, user interfaces, “look and feel”, Trademarks associated therewith, but excluding Cingular Materials) and the InfoSpace Marks, along with all Intellectual Property Rights associated therewith.

  • Subject to Section 2.6, InfoSpace hereby grants the right to use, reproduce, publish, perform and display the InfoSpace Marks: (a) on the Company Web Sites in connection with the posting of hyperlinks to the InfoSpace Web Sites; (b) in and in connection with the development, use, reproduction in promotional and marketing materials, content directories and indexes, and electronic and printed advertising, publicity, press releases, newsletters and mailings about Company.

  • During the Term, InfoSpace will post and maintain approved Promotional Placements on the InfoSpace Web Sites.

  • Subject to Section 2.6, InfoSpace hereby grants the right to use, reproduce, publish, perform and display the InfoSpace Marks: (a) on the Company Web Sites in connection with the posting of hyperlinks to the InfoSpace Web Sites; (b) in and in connection with the development use, reproduction in promotional and marketing materials, content directories and indexes, and electronic and printed advertising, publicity, press releases, newsletters and mailings about Company.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Hosted Software means Samsara’s web-based software platform, including the interface accessed online at cloud.samsara.com.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
