Infill project definition

Infill project means a project that meets the following conditions:
Infill project means the development of vacant or under-used land parcels within existing urban areas that are already largely developed.
Infill project means a residential or mixed-use residential project located within an urbanized area on a site that has been previously developed, or on a vacant site where at least 75 percent of the perimeter of the site adjoins parcels that are developed with urban uses.   • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
