Independent third party auditor definition

Independent third party auditor means the company independent of TQ who undertake random audits of Turf Queensland accredited businesses and are independent and not jointly liable.

The findings of any Independent Third-Party Auditor designated pursuant to this Agreement shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Parties.
