Independent Public Accountants. The Company may retain a firm of independent public accountants of recognized national standing (which may be any such firm regularly employed by the Company) to make any computation required under this Section 8, and a certificate signed by such firm shall be conclusive evidence of the correctness of any computation made under this Section 8.
Independent Public Accountants. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, who has certified certain financial statements of the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries and delivered their report with respect to the audited consolidated financial statements and the schedule included or incorporated by reference in the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, are independent public accountants with respect to the Company in accordance with the rules of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and within the meaning of the 1933 Act, the 1933 Act Regulations, the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.
Independent Public Accountants. To the best of the Company's knowledge, the accountants who have certified certain financial statements appearing in the Prospectus are independent public accountants within the meaning of the Act and the Rules and Regulations.
Independent Public Accountants. At the time that this Agreement is executed by the Company, you shall have received from Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx a letter, dated the date hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to you, confirming that they are independent public accountants with respect to the Company within the meanings of the 1933 Act and the Rules and Regulations, and stating in effect that:

The registered public accounting firm that certified the audited financial statements of the Company included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020, which are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, Disclosure Package and Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm as required by the 1933 Act and the 1933 Act Regulations.
Independent Public Accountants. Ernst & Young LLP, who has certified certain financial statements of the Partnership included in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm with respect to the Partnership as required by the Securities Act, the Rules and Regulations and the regulations of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
Independent Public Accountants. The nationally recognized accounting firm referenced in Section 7(a) is independent from the Seller and Servicer.
Independent Public Accountants. Ernst & Young LLP, who has audited the audited financial statements and schedules included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and delivered its reports with respect to the audited financial statements and schedules included in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm with respect to the Company within the meaning of the Act and the rules and regulations of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States);
Independent Public Accountants. KPMG LLP (the “Auditor”), who has expressed its opinion with respect to the Company’s audited financial statements (which term as used in this Agreement includes the related notes thereto) and supporting schedules filed with the Commission or incorporated by reference as a part of the Registration Statement and included in the Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm as required by the Securities Act and the Exchange Act.
Independent Public Accountants. The Company’s auditor is an independent registered public accounting firm with respect to the Company, as required by the 1933 Act, the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
