Independent Engineering Consultant definition

Independent Engineering Consultant means, in the case of the Initial Reserves Report, Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., or, in all other cases, such other reputable independent Hydrocarbons engineer or other expert as may be approved by the Holders (acting reasonably and in consultation with the Company).
Independent Engineering Consultant means those Persons retained in accordance with paragraph 106.
Independent Engineering Consultant means any independent petroleum engineering firm selected by the Agent (after consultation with the Borrower) to act in such role;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall Plaintiffs, Class Counsel, NIBCO, or Counsel for NIBCO, have any liability for claims of wrongful or negligent conduct on the part of the Settlement Administrator, the Independent Engineering Consultant, the Special Master, or their agents.

  • If at any time the Independent Engineering Consultant is unable to continue in his or her role, then the Parties shall meet and confer to determine a mutually agreeable replacement.

Independent Engineering Consultant means CEP or any other independent engineering consultant agreed in writing in advance by the Technical Bank and the Borrower.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Design Consultant means Design Consultant or Design Consultant's authorized representative.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.
