Independence Week definition

Independence Week means cash paid by Delphi for the Independence Week, as defined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement, to hourly employees for the time period included in calculating the Labor Cost Amount, but not to include any straight time or overtime payments for hours worked. The definition of the Labor Cost Amount shall not include Independence Week after it ceases to be paid under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
