IMC Service Agreement definition

IMC Service Agreement means an agreement to be made between the Government and the IMC on the terms and conditions substantially as outlined in the sample agreement in Schedule Three attached hereto.

Related to IMC Service Agreement

  • Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff. Site:

Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Technical Services Agreement means the Technical Services Agreement between Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC and Contractor, dated May 3, 2013 and any amendments thereto.
