Hotel Operating Budget definition

Hotel Operating Budget means the budget relating to the operation of a Hotel as described in Section 6.01.
Hotel Operating Budget means an annual budget prepared by the Hotel Manager and approved by the BH Investor and setting forth the estimated capital and operating expenses of the Company for the then current or immediately succeeding calendar year and for each month and each calendar quarter of such calendar year, in such detail as determined by the Members.

  • Unless agreed to by Lessee in this Agreement, in the Hotel Operating Budget or otherwise in writing in advance, compensation, overhead costs, and other expenses of Operator and its Affiliates shall not be reimbursable to Operator by Lessee.

  • The Hotel Operating Budget and the Hotel Capital Budget shall provide for operating, equipping and maintaining the Hotel in accordance with the Hotel Standards.

  • Operator shall provide Lessee, upon request, all details, information and assumptions used in preparing the Hotel Capital Budget and the Hotel Operating Budget.

  • The Hotel Operating Budget and the monthly budgeted hotel operating statistics shall contain Operator’s reasonable good faith estimates of the amounts set forth therein.

  • The Hotel Operating Budget shall be month-to-month as well as annual and shall be in the form designated by Lessee, and approved by Operator, which approval of the form shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the Fiscal Year in which this Agreement is executed Operator shall manage the Hotels in accordance with the then existing Hotel Operating Budget.

  • Operator shall obtain, and the Hotel Operating Budget shall include, as an Operating Expense, Workers’ Compensation, in compliance with state law in the state of operation of each Hotel, including Employers’ Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 each accident.

  • The Hotel Operating Budget shall be month-to-month as well as annual and shall be in the form designated by Lessee.

  • Unless agreed to by Lessee in this Agreement, in the Hotel Operating Budget or otherwise in writing in advance, compensation, overhead costs, and other expenses of Operator and its Affiliates unrelated to the operation of the Hotels shall not be reimbursable to Operator by Lessee.

  • No later than November 1 of each year, Operator shall prepare and submit to Lessee an annual forecast for the operation of the Hotel for the forthcoming Fiscal Year containing detailed projections of Gross Hotel Income and budgets of Operating Expenses (the "Hotel Operating Budget").

Related to Hotel Operating Budget

  • Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

  • Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.

  • Capital Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.

  • Approved Budget means an annual budget-

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Approved Operating Expenses operating expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Operating Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property or (iii) have been approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Planned Expenditures shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term Excess Cash Flow.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group expenditures, including, but not limited to, taxes, reimbursements of the General Partner, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings, debt service payments and capital expenditures, subject to the following:

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.
