Health Centre Site means the site for the Health Centre Index means the BCIS All-In Tender Price Index of construction costs published by the Building Cost Information Service (the “BCIS Index”) or (if such index ceases to be published) such alternative basis for indexation most closely comparable to it as may be agreed between the Owners and the Developers and the Councils; Indexation Formula means: A x B = D C where: A is the capital sum of the relevant contribution B is the last firm (not provisional or estimated) figure published for the BCIS Index immediately prior to the date of payment C is the last firm (not provisional or estimated) figure published for the BCIS Index immediately prior to the date of this Agreement D is the recalculated sum for payment Index Linked means the relevant contribution shall be adjusted in accordance with the Indexation Formula; Informal Sports Pitches means the land comprising approximately of 3.1 hectares (unless otherwise agreed in writing by SNC) in the locations shown indicatively on Plan 3 marked as IS and to be provided pursuant to Paragraph 9.5.5 of the Second Schedule; Implementation Notice means the written notice to be served upon SNC by the Owners or the Developers pursuant to Paragraph 14.1 of the Second Schedule stating the intended date of Commencement; Junior Sports Pitches means the pitches in the locations shown indicatively on Plan 4 marked as J and to be provided pursuant to Paragraph 9.5.2 of the Second Schedule; Landscaping within Road Corridors means the landscaping areas within road corridors and other ancillary areas provided pursuant to Paragraph 9.7.4 of the Second Schedule comprising an area of approximately 1 hectare; LAP/LEAP means a combined local area of play and local equipped area of play of 450 square metres of activity area (as defined in the Fields in Trust (FIT) Guidelines) in the locations shown indicatively on Plan 3 marked LAP/LEAP 1 to LAP/LEAP 9 inclusive and to be provided pursuant to Paragraph 9.1 of the Second Schedule; Local Centre Sites means the land for the commercial elements within the Main Local Centre and the Support Local Centre as described in the definitions of Main Local Centre and Support Local Centre in the locations shown indicatively on Plan 4 marked as such; Local Centre Marketing Plan means the marketing plan for the Local Centre Sites to be submitted and approved by SNC in accordance with Paragraph 8.2 of the Second Schedule which shall include the following details:-
