Plan 4 definition

Plan 4 mean respectively the plans marked “3” and “4” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purpose of identification;
Plan 4. Ten Monthly Payments (through FACTS, first payment due August of each year, with payments due by the end of each subsequent month through May of the following year) - $45 FACTS fee.
