Health Benefit Coverages definition

Health Benefit Coverages means coverage under each group health plan sponsored or contributed to by an Employer for its similarly situated active executives.
Health Benefit Coverages means coverage under each group health plan sponsored or contributed to by the Employer (or following the Change in Control, by any affiliate of the Employer that employs the Executive) for its similarly situated active employees.
Health Benefit Coverages means coverage under each group health plan sponsored or contributed to by the Employer (or following the Change of Control, by an affiliate of the Employer that employs the Covered Employee) for its similarly situated active employees.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Health Plans means any and all individual and family health and hospitalization insurance and/or self-insurance plans, medical reimbursement plans, prescription drug plans, dental plans and other health and/or wellness plans.
