Guarantee Joinder definition

Guarantee Joinder means a joinder agreement substantially in the form of Annex I to the Guarantee.

Guarantee Joinder means a Guarantee Joinder, substantially in the form of Exhibit B. “Guaranteed Obligations” has the meaning assigned such term in Section 10.01.
