Additional Guarantor definition

Additional Guarantor means a company which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Guarantor means any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.
Additional Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.05.

More Definitions of Additional Guarantor

Additional Guarantor means a member of the Group which becomes a Guarantor in accordance with Clause 9.1 (Additional Guarantors).
