Additional Guarantor definition

Additional Guarantor means a company which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Guarantor means any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.
Additional Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.05.

More Definitions of Additional Guarantor

Additional Guarantor means any Group member which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with clause 23.4 (Additional Guarantor).
