Guarantee Agreement definition

Guarantee Agreement means this Guarantee Agreement, as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time.
Guarantee Agreement means the Guarantee Agreement executed by the Company and Wilmington Trust Company, as Guarantee Trustee, contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Indenture, for the benefit of the holders of the Preferred Securities, as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time.
Guarantee Agreement means the Master Guarantee Agreement among the Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

Guarantee Agreement means any agreement between any Guarantor and the Eligible Lender Trustee providing for the payment by the Guarantor of amounts authorized to be paid pursuant to the Higher Education Act to holders of qualifying Student Loans guaranteed in accordance with the Higher Education Act by such Guarantor.
