Joinder Supplement definition

Joinder Supplement means an agreement among the Borrower, a Lender, its Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date.

Joinder Supplement. An agreement among the Borrower, a Lender and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit H to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date, as contemplated by Section 2.1(c), a copy of which shall be delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Collateral Manager.

Joinder Supplement means an agreement among one or more Class B Purchasers, the Issuer, AmeriCredit, an Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit C hereto (appropriately completed).

Joinder Supplement has the meaning specified in subsection 2.2(d) of this Agreement.
