Examples of Joinder Supplement in a sentence

  • Upon the execution and delivery of a Joinder Supplement by such new Domestic Restricted Subsidiary, such new Domestic Restricted Subsidiary shall become a Guarantor and Credit Party hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally named as a Guarantor or Credit Party herein.
