Joinder Supplement definition

Joinder Supplement means an agreement among the Borrower, a Lender, its Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date.

Joinder Supplement. An agreement among the Borrower, a Lender and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit I to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the A&R Effective Date, as contemplated by Section 2.1(c).

Joinder Supplement means an agreement among one or more Class B Purchasers, the Issuer, AmeriCredit, an Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit C hereto (appropriately completed).

• Any such assignee shall execute and deliver to the Servicer, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent a fully-executed Transferee Letter substantially in the form of Exhibit O hereto (a “Transferee Letter”) and a fully-executed Joinder Supplement.

• Nothing in this Agreement, the Transferee Letter or Joinder Supplement shall restrict or delay a Conduit Lender’s ability to assign its interests hereunder to its Liquidity Bank or an Affiliate or to any other Conduit Lender in its Lender Group or to grant a security interest in its interests hereunder to a Conduit Trustee.

Joinder Supplement has the meaning specified in subsection 2.2(d) of this Agreement.
