Group Net Income definition

Group Net Income means the consolidated net income after the Issuer has taken a formal decision confirming the final amount thereof;
Group Net Income means, for any period, the consolidated Net Income (or loss) of the Group for such period as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Group Net Income means, for any period, the Net Income of the Borrower Group for such period.

More Definitions of Group Net Income

Group Net Income has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 2.4(f).
Group Net Income means the consolidated net income of the Group (excluding minority interest) after Promontoria 19 (or any successor or other relevant entity) has taken a formal decision confirming the final amount thereof;
