Examples of Cash Dividends in a sentence
To the extent the Board of Directors so declares, Cash Dividends shall be payable in arrears on each Dividend Payment Date for the fiscal quarter ending immediately prior to such Dividend Payment Date (or with respect to the first Dividend Payment Date, for the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on the last day of the fiscal quarter following the Issue Date), to the Holders as they appear on the Company's stock register at the close of business on the relevant Dividend Record Date.
Dividends on the Preferred Stock shall accrue and become Accrued Dividends on a day-to-day basis from the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter, or if there has been no prior full fiscal quarter, from the Issue Date, until Cash Dividends are paid pursuant to this Section 2.1 in respect of such accrued amounts or the Liquidation Preference is increased in respect of such accrued amounts pursuant to Sections 2.2, 2.5 or 2.6.
