Class Counsel Fees Payment shall be a payment of no more than $140,000 (35% of the Gross Settlement Amount) to be approved by the Court. “Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment” means the amounts allocated to Class Counsel for reimbursement of reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, respectively, incurred to prosecute the Action of no more than $15,000.
