Grant Panel definition
Grant Panel means a panel comprised of the City of Vincent’s Director Technical Services, Manager Parks & Property Services, Project Officer – Environment, and Project Officer – Sustainability.
Grant Panel means the panel of independent experts for the Grant as assembled by Nature Research; Holding company and subsidiary means a “holding company” and “subsidiary” as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; Mid-Term Report means the report on the progress of the Grant-funded research provided by the Grantee and Lead Institution to Nature Research; Offer Letter means the letter sent from the panel of the Grant to the Lead Institution with respect to the otfer of the Grant; Privacy Policy means Nature Research’s privacy policy as updated from time to time, and currently available here: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/pages/privacy-policy; Relevant Requirements has the meaning set out in clause 11.1(a); and Yakult means Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd., co-supporter of the Grant program and funder of the Grant itself.
Grant Panel means the LLEP body that reviews applications for grant funding and manages ongoing funding programmes/projects Intellectual Property Rights: all patents, copyrights and design rights (whether registered or not) and all applications for any of the foregoing and all rights of confidence and Know-How however arising for their full term and any renewals and extensions. Know-How: information, data, know-how or experience whether patentable or not and including but not limited to any technical and commercial information relating to research, design, development, manufacture, use or sale. Law: means any law, subordinate legislation within the meaning of Section 21(1) of the Interpretation Act 1978, bye-law, enforceable right within the meaning of Section 2 of the European Communities Act 1972, regulation, order, regulatory policy, mandatory guidance or code of practice, judgment of a relevant court of law, or directives or requirements with which the Contractor is bound to comply;

This Agreement is effective as of the date it is executed by MDP on behalf of the Grant Panel (the “Effective Date”), and unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or by the mutual consent of Grantee and MDP, shall terminate on the Termination Date set forth in Exhibit A-Timetable (the “Project Timetable”).
