Enforceable Right Sample Clauses
An Enforceable Right clause defines the legal ability of a party to demand performance or exercise a specific entitlement under a contract. In practice, this clause clarifies that certain rights—such as the right to receive payment or to access information—are not merely theoretical but can be upheld in a court of law or through other legal means. By establishing which rights are legally protected and actionable, the clause ensures that parties have clear recourse if obligations are not met, thereby reducing uncertainty and supporting the enforceability of the agreement.
