Watercourse means a channel in which a flow of water occurs, either continuously or intermittently.
Easements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3.
Streets means the surface of, and the space above and below, any and all streets, avenues, highways, boulevards, concourses, driveways, bridges, tunnels, parks, parkways, waterways, docks, bulkheads, wharves, piers, public grounds, and public places or waters within and belonging to the Franchising Authority and any other property within the Franchise Area to the extent to which there exist public easements or public rights-of-way.
Land means the land described in Exhibit A.
Highways means public streets, highways, and alleys.
Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;
Riparian means an owner of land abutting a navigable waterway.
Waterway means any body of water.
atrium means a large open space extending through several floors in a building that is open to the ceiling;
Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.
Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
Wells means all oil or gas wells, whether producing, operating, shut-in or temporarily abandoned, located on an Oil and Gas Lease or any pooled, communitized or unitized acreage that includes all or a part of such Oil and Gas Lease or otherwise associated with an Oil and Gas Property of the applicable Person or any of its Subsidiaries, together with all oil, gas and mineral production from such well.
Waterworks or “water system” means all structures, conduits and appurtenances by means of which water is delivered to consumers except piping and fixtures inside buildings served, and service pipes from building to street main.
Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
foreshore , in relation to a port, means the area between the high-water mark and the low-water mark relating to that port;
Flume means the riding channels of a waterslide which accommodate riders using or not using mats, tubes, rafts, and other transport vehicles as they slide along a path lubricated by a water flow.
Parks means the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation.
Abut or "abutting" means immediately contiguous or physically touching, and, when used with respect to a lot or site, means that the lot or site physically touches upon another lot or site, and shares a property line or boundary line with it;
Alley means a public right-of-way, other than a street, affording secondary means of access to abutting property.
Park or "parking" when prohibited means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except when standing temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or passengers;
Watershed means a defined land area drained by a river or stream, karst system, or system of connecting rivers or streams such that all surface water within the area flows through a single outlet. In karst areas, the karst feature to which the water drains may be considered the single outlet for the watershed.
Passageway means a pathway that is unobstructed clear to the sky and extends from a street to one entrance of the accessory dwelling unit.
Tunnel means a subterranean passage made by excavating beneath the over- burden into which a building worker enters or is required to enter to work;
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Clubhouse means a community-based program that provides
