Land definition

Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

Land means the real property required for the Project as described more particularly in Appendix A.

• If the separate document of title or strata title for the Property has been issued whether before on or after the date of auction sale, the Assignee shall not be required to procure a Memorandum of Transfer nor to register its charge as prescribed by the National Land Code 1965 or Sarawak Land Code or the Land Ordinance Cap.

• The Land Trust shall not transfer, sell, dispose of or encumber any Property, portion of the Property or interest in Property secured with funding under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of ECCC and WHC.

More Definitions of Land

Land shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(a).

Land means the real property legally described on Schedule 4.7 attached hereto and made a part hereof, and any substitutions therefor, together with all of Annual Conference’s rights, titles, appurtenant interests, covenants, licenses, privileges and benefits thereunto belonging, and Annual Conference’s right, title and interest in and to any easements, right-of- way, rights of ingress or egress or other interests in, on or under any land, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in, on, across, in front of, abutting or adjoining such real property including, without limitation, any strips and gores adjacent to or lying between such real property and any adjacent real property.

Land means the real property described on Exhibit 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

Land means the land upon which the Project will be located, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, as Exhibit A may be supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 3.01(c) hereof.

Land in those Acts includes a legal or equitable estate or interest in land;
