Wells definition

Wells means all oil or gas wells, whether producing, operating, shut-in or temporarily abandoned, located on an Oil and Gas Lease or any pooled, communitized or unitized acreage that includes all or a part of such Oil and Gas Lease or otherwise associated with an Oil and Gas Property of the applicable Person or any of its Subsidiaries, together with all oil, gas and mineral production from such well.
Wells means Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and its successors. “WFS” means Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and its successors.
Wells means any pipe, excavation or access below the surface of the ground having been used or currently being used as a source of water.

More Definitions of Wells

Wells means all of Target Group’s right, title and interest in and to the oil, gas, CO2, water, injection and disposal wells (including saltwater disposal wells), used or held for use, whether producing, shut-in or abandoned, including those Wells set forth on Annex A-2.
Wells means, collectively, ▇▇▇ ▇ellbores of the Producing Wells and the Completed Devel▇▇▇▇▇t Wells.

Wells means the Vendor's Interest in and to the wells listed in Schedule A under the heading entitled "Wells", as applicable.
