Examples of GOC Redemption Yield in a sentence
Canada Yield Price means the price per $1,000 principal amount of TD CaTS IV-Series 3 calculated by the Bank to provide an annual yield thereon from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next applicable Series 3 Interest Reset Date equal to the GOC Redemption Yield plus (i) 0.75% if the redemption date is any time prior to June 30, 2021, or (ii) 1.50% if the redemption date is any time after June 30, 2021.
The costs of conducting such Pre-Clinical Development shall be shared by the Parties as set forth in Section 3(f).
Bank Deposit Note Canada Yield Price means the price per $1,000 principal amount of the Series 3 Bank Deposit Note calculated by the Bank to provide an annual yield thereon from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next applicable Series 3 Interest Reset Date equal to the GOC Redemption Yield plus (i) 0.80% if the redemption date is any time prior to June 30, 2021, or (ii) 1.60% if the redemption date is any time after June 30, 2021.
