GOC Redemption Yield definition

GOC Redemption Yield on any date shall mean the arithmetic average of the interest rates quoted to the Bank by two registered Canadian investment dealers selected by the Bank, and approved by the Trustee, as being the annual yield to maturity on such date, compounded semi-annually, which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry if issued, in Canadian dollars in Canada, at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption with a maturity date of January 18, 2024.
GOC Redemption Yield on any date shall mean the arithmetic average of the interest rates quoted to CIBC by two registered Canadian investment dealers selected by CIBC as being the annual yield to maturity on such date, compounded semi-annually, which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry if issued, in Canadian dollars in Canada, at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption with a maturity date of April 7, 2027.
GOC Redemption Yield means, on any date, the average of the annual yields as at noon on the business day immediately preceding the date on which we give notice of the redemption of the Notes as determined by two Canadian registered investment dealers, each of which will be selected by us and must be independent of us, as being the annual yield from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next Interest Reset Date which a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry, assuming semi-annual compounding, if issued in Canadian dollars in Canada at 100% of its principal amount on the date of redemption and maturing on the next Interest Reset Date.

  • Canada Yield Price means the price per $1,000 principal amount of TD CaTS IV-Series 3 calculated by the Bank to provide an annual yield thereon from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next applicable Series 3 Interest Reset Date equal to the GOC Redemption Yield plus (i) 0.75% if the redemption date is any time prior to June 30, 2021, or (ii) 1.50% if the redemption date is any time after June 30, 2021.

  • The costs of conducting such Pre-Clinical Development shall be shared by the Parties as set forth in Section 3(f).

  • Bank Deposit Note Canada Yield Price means the price per $1,000 principal amount of the Series 3 Bank Deposit Note calculated by the Bank to provide an annual yield thereon from the applicable date of redemption to, but excluding, the next applicable Series 3 Interest Reset Date equal to the GOC Redemption Yield plus (i) 0.80% if the redemption date is any time prior to June 30, 2021, or (ii) 1.60% if the redemption date is any time after June 30, 2021.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
