GE Data definition

GE Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02 hereof.
GE Data means any and all information, data, materials, works, expressions or other content of GE or a GE Affiliate that is provided to SP or produced or developed in connection with the Services, including any that (a) are uploaded, submitted, posted, transferred, transmitted or otherwise provided or made available by or on behalf of GE or any authorized user for processing by or through systems of SP or SP Personnel, (b) are collected, downloaded or otherwise received by SP or SP Personnel for GE or any authorized user pursuant to this MSA or at the written request or instruction of GE or such authorized user, or (c) meets the definition of GE Data, Controlled Data, GE Restricted Data, Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data as set forth in the GE Privacy and Data Protection Appendix referenced in Section 11.g. All output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptations, translations and other derivative works of, based on, derived from or otherwise using any GE Data are themselves also GE Data.

Examples of GE Data in a sentence

  • With respect to any proposed Subcontractor which shall Process or Access GE Data (as defined in the PDPP), Licensor shall perform and provide a security assessment or audit of the proposed Subcontractor (or make available to GE the opportunity to do so), at no charge to GE.

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement, Service Provider shall promptly return to GE all GE Data and Confidential Information of GE.

  • Upon request by GE, Service Provider shall execute and deliver any documents that may be necessary or desirable to preserve, or enable GE to enforce, its rights hereunder with respect to the GE Data.

  • Service Provider hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers and conveys to GE without further consideration all of its right, title, and interest in and to GE Data (as defined herein).

  • GE Data shall exclude information that is not compiled and reported pursuant to Section 4.01(k), or is not segregated from data regarding other products sold by Service Provider).

Related to GE Data

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Date Data means any existing data or input of date which includes an indication of or reference to date.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
